Do you agree with Kolakowski that Stalinism is the logical conclusion of Marxism?
There really isn't a logical conclusion given that Marx was pretty vague on what communism encompassed and how to achieve it. There are far better arguements against Marxism than its logical conclusion is Stalinism and Stalin was bad.

no

Stalinism is FAR better than Marxism

>Stalinism is the logical conclusion of Marxism?
That's like saying that Napoleon is the logical conclusion of liberalism
>>2427054
How would we even be able to compare the two. Marxism is a more of a way of viewing the world, whereas Stalinism is something that is associated with a particular leaders policies and actions.

the strong will always fuck the weak

>Marx was pretty vague on what communism encompassed and how to achieve it
Marx is probably the least vague on that than anyone. His plan was to use the power of the state to socially engineer society to prepare for communism. Very, very susceptible to totalitarianism.
>marxism
>stalinism
made up nonsense

Yes, but how you utilize the state to do so is a pretty critical part of that.

>His plan was to use the power of the state to socially engineer society

Marx knew these were inherent to the definition of a state. He merely advocated a new dictatorship of the majority to stamp out the old one, thereby rendering dictatorship gradually obsolete.
I don't remember him making so simplistic an argument.
