ok so if you go do the duke's archives after you get captured the first crystal hollow you kill will give you one humanity. just warp from dukes to undead parish and back over and over killing one crystal hollow each time. this only works if seath is still alive.

you can do this, though l prefer doing the Artoiras of the abyss dlc and farming the humanity enemies

also remember that the more liquid humanity (up to 10) you have the higher the successful drop rate
