Would Robin Hood have used a warbow with those heavy 100lb draw weights or would he use a longbow that was more around 30 to 50?

Why would he have used a weaker bow?

Because it would be easier to fire, especially from trees and such
Also 30-50 is more popular for hunting

Robin Hood, even in the times of the earliest poems about him, is a mish-mash anachronistic character. Still, most 'sources' put him as a figure who was running around doing shit around the Third Crusade.
The only source I can think of offhand who talks about bows of the period is Gerard of Wales, who talks about them a fair bit in Itinerarium Cambriae. Since he mentions bows of the time as capable of piercing contemporary armor, and a few exceptional shots of doing things like punching through a door as thick as a man's palm, or shooting a guy in the leg with enough force to pierce not only his armor, but kill the horse he was riding, I think it's safe to say that in Wales at least, you had something akin to the "Longbow" of legend and meme, with all the draw weight and power that implies.
As for what Robin Hood himself would have used; he probably had a number of different bows, some for hunting, others for shooting at poorly armored sheriff's men, and others for shooting at well armored men at arms who occasionally made sweeps.

That's a nice picture
