Seems correct to me.

The only point that isn't completely certain is whether Lambert of Hesbaye was really the son of Robert II of Hesbaye, but historians agree that he most likely was, or otherwise his grandson.

I think this is the oldest known still existing line of patrilineal descent.

What's the point?

It's close to 100% statistically certain that one or more of these guys got cucked and the entire line quietly changed hands unrecorded by history.

>>
>>2335440
>You watch too many movies, those cases are extremely rare.

There have been various studies done on misattributed paternity, i.e. the number of kids born who's "father" was not actually their real father. The median average figure found in the studies is 3.7%. That's more than high enough to make it pretty close to certain the bloodline changed at some point, unless you think nobles in arranged marriages are somehow magically immune from being cucked.

Can YOU trace your patrilineal ancestry back to ancient Roman times?

Maybe in the modern age of degeneracy. And in royal and noble families even any suspicion of cucking is fatal so they know to avoid it.
>>
>>2335590
>Maybe in the modern age of degeneracy.

People weren't any different throughout history and there's always been people in every time period just like you moaning about 'degeneracy'.

Preach it girl! Having taken 50 different dicks on average before marriage was perfectly normal back in the Christian Middle Ages just like now! Nothing changed!

it wasn't perfectly normal back then

>Despite the edicts of canon law and the real risk of punishment, it appears that unrestrained sexual activity was quite common throughout Europe during these times. In fact, most did not believe fornication was a sin at all, and many were taken by surprise at confession when priests informed them that they had indeed sinned by committing certain sexual acts.

>While adultery was not quite as common as simple fornication, it too seems to have been relatively widespread. It was so common in fact that by the later Middle Ages it was not even considered grounds for the dissolution of marriage

>Hence, the legend goes, that couples that were having children were required to first obtain royal permission (usually from a local magistrate or lord) and then place a sign somewhere visible from the road in their home that said "Fornicating Under Consent of King," which was later shortened to "FUCK." This story is hard to document, but has persisted in oral and literary traditions for many years; however, it has been demonstrated to be an urban legend.[13]

Although I agree with this.

Its a bullshit theory. No culture with such low rates of literacy would ever require signs with text, especially from peasants.

>Some of these urban legends are that the word fuck came from Irish law. If a couple were caught committing adultery, they would be punished "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge In the Nude," with "FUCKIN" written on the stocks above them to denote the crime. A similar variant on this theory involves the recording by church clerks of the crime of "Forbidden Use of Carnal Knowledge."

>>
>>2335355 here

We start back at Louis IX of the Capetian dynasty in 1270, instead of Phillip III, the line passes through Robert of Clermont
>>2334583
His son Louis I was elevated to the Duke of Bourbon, hence the Bourbon dynasty, the line passed through the counts of Vendome up to King Henry IV who, due to his distant descendence from Louis IX, was crowned in 1572. Then we pick off here until Louis XIV
>>2335084 >>2335099 >>2335111
After the famous Charles II of Spain died, the Spanish throne passed to Louis XIV's grandson Philip V and the line continued through the Spanish kings until Francis of Paula and Francis of Cadiz until the throne returned to Alphons XII

James renounced the Spanish crown because he was deaf, but not that of the Western Roman Empire, the line continues to Louis Alphonse
