in the Soviet Union there has mostly been a state of full employement. but how do you keep workers productive if there is no way you can get fired? you could threaten them with the GULAG and treason if they did not meet their norms like Stalin did. After de-Stalinisation this was however not the case and a lot of work hours where lost due to workers showing up late and not putting any effort into their job because they can't get fired anyway. how could a communist or any centralised state make full employement happen without losing tons of work hours or using force?
"So long as the bosses pretend to pay us, we will pretend to work."

You don't. Please stop making threads like these.
>he WANTS to be worked to the bone by mr. Shekelstein in 12 hour shifts with the constant threat of being fired for nothing looming over his head
Today you know true cuckoldry for you have seen it.
so this is the power of /his/

>Not striving to become mr. shekelstein
Trump smartly worked his way up the ladder in life and married his daughter to a Jew, and now he's secured his biological place in God's chosen people and rulers of society.
This is the true only non-cuck option.
Communism is stupid.

Trump was born on third base and somehow convinced everyone he hit a triple.
>>2306970
thats not the point. this is a problem that structure faced. and i'm asking if they could have done anything about it.
>>2306967
Not /his/ related but senpai; he is no rags to riches individual, he inherited a succesful property development company. To his credit he didn't spunk it all away. You will always be a dumb cuck who makes a virtue out of your enslavement. At best you'll be one of those ridiculous store managers who thinks he's Trump but who everyone despises.

Trump was born on 3rd base and he fucking stole home.
To insist that Trump didn't climb the ladder in life is absolutely ridiculous. His father was a pretty wealthy dude, but Trump magnified the family legacy 100 fold unlike his brother who died a worthless alcoholic.
>>2307004
Yeah I'll give you that by why put him on a pedestal when there are way more legit rags to riches stories out there
>>2307055
I was just throwing out a topical example. My father admirably worked his way out of poverty to become upper middle class while his simblings remain unmotivated, uninspired, lazy people who settle in squalor. My mother did the same, but her whole family made it out of poverty because they were all intrinsically hard working intelligent Latvian immigrants.
Even if you aren't born rich, you can work your way up in life with determination and discipline.
Socialist competition
n Soviet practice the competition between workers and industries was not voluntary and much fiercer than the Western one. It was enforced by the collective pressure orchestrated by state security services (KGB) and local communist party representatives using collective responsibility and laws on dronery or wrecking. The race between teams and team members for over-completion of the plans led to increasingly unrealistic targets, which could be only satisfied with cheating, double accounting and hoarding of resources - which, in the long term, led to a collapse of the supply chain in the economy.[
