what did the average nobleman's meal look like between 400-1400 AD?

Lots of fish and meat, along with spices like Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Ginger, Saffron, Cardamom, Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Turmeric, Mace, Anise, Caraway and Mustard. They didn't eat as many veggies because those were for poorfags. Plus they made their shit look as elaborate as possible.
Yeah I'll just type up a short summary of every single society in the world's diet over a one thousand year period

That's a long time period, but assuming you're talking about Europe, the aristocracy and nobility were primarily warriors, and their diet almost wholly carnivorous. Meat of all kinds, both farmed and game, pastries and puddings, and some kind of alcohol (beer or wine). They also ate some fruit, but generally vegetables were prolefood. As to portion size, pretty big, but then again they were extremely physically active so obesity was rare except with older nobles.

>They didn't eat as many veggies...
Every dish in that has at least one vegetable in it.

Yar, this is nonsense.
Nobles didn't just eat nothing but meat arr day err day.
Veggies played a large part in any kitchen, ever, except for maybe at the eskimos' and such.
