Probably, as the real US would still likely end up siding with the Allies, and the Confederates would become a failed nation soon enough and likely be taken over by someone similar to the leaders of the Axis powers, strongmen who claim to have the solutions to their problems. Undoubtedly, this solution would be the extermination of the blacks, as a slave labor force would no longer be effective and they would be seen as an outgroup by the white people.

The Confederacy would be neutral. It was mostly concerned with Latin America and would have little to with the war. It would lean toward the Allies however simply because that was the stronger side.

pretty damn big if there OP, they had no change to win the civil war, and they would have been fucked by the time ww2 rolled around since they would have been highly resistant to industrialization and fell behind the rest of the world
