Spartacus's revolt was successful if you note that they initially went north and many slaves went home that way.

Can you really call the Haitian Revolution succesful? They did get rid of the French and get their country but at the cost of becoming international pariah. And the French came back later and basically ruined Haiti forever.

Its not that simple anon, the blacks didnt just rise up and kill whitey there was a lot of back and forth with slavery being abolished, reintorduced abolished and then attmpeted to be brought back which failed after which they started chopping off heads by which time most of the whites had already left.
