If Germany didn't sign the Armistice in WW1 and the war kept on going and there weren't all the strikes and everything, what would have happened? Would the Britain, France, and the US have been able to conquer all the way to Berlin, or would it have resulted in another prolonged stalemate?

Easily. By the close of the hundred days offensive, the German army couldn't even retreat ahead of the advancing Entente forces.
You would have gotten mass pocketing and swallowing up of what was left of the German army, and then a rolling up of the countryside. If there's no truce on November, I give the Germans 5 months, tops.
Starting this armchair general thread wrong mate, what if the central powers enhanced their defensive positions on the western front instead of taking some retarded charge that cost them 1 million men and all of A-H?

They were fucked. Remember Austria-Hungary was already crushed when they signed the Armistice.

The only thing that could've saved Germany in 1918 and 1943 is an Alien invasion
It's no surprise wars since then are won by economies, also military expertise is usually afforded by the wealthiest nations who can spend money on War Colleges and Naval Academies like the US, Britain and Prussians had

But if Germany never fucking surrenders he won't have a choice. Unless you're trying to insinuate that he was some kind of massive cuck who would intentionally let the Germans beat his army to deny the Allies victory.

There would have been a red revolution, just like in Russia.
