I don't know if they'll be westernized to that degree, but they'll almost certainly be far more westernized that most other countries in the region. The Iraqi dialect of Arabic already has taken plenty of English cognates. For example, "al-spare parts" and "bullshit" being used as a verb with Arabic conjugations.
