This would have huge ramifications on both the USSR and Germany. For one, they wouldn't be able to easily project power into Eastern Europe.

A Chinese situation is entirely possible, in which Russian aggression and paternalism forces Germany into their own model of socialism with their own satellites.

Quite plausible that Germany knowledge + Soviet resources = socialist hegemony over most of Eurasia.

The Chinese communists could probably win the civil war in the 1930s. The Spanish Republicans would receive the full backing of Germany and the USSR and thus almost certainly win. Eastern Europe and the Balkans will likely be forced towards socialism, trapped between two socialist powers. Civil war could erupt in Italy.

France is pretty much the only country that could stop the Red Army marching all the way to the Atlantic, even they wouldn't last long

Britain would be safe. Quite possible that a fascist dictatorship would be installed.

Perhaps not Hitler, I'm not sure many of the Nazis had the temperament for it. But certainly right-wing and reactionary paramilitaries would've remained around for a while.

Yes. The Stalinisation of the KPD was complete by the late 1920s. Assuming Thaelmann is the leader, Socialist Germany and the USSR will be very close. Thaelmann was a staunch Marxist-Leninist.
