Really liked Redcoats and Rebels, nice book about American rev where British dindu nothing and it was all the terrorists fault. Can't say much about Napoleonic though, not my area of interest.

The War of Wars by Robert Harvey is a good one. It specifically tracks the conflict between Britain and France from the Revolutionary Wars right up until 1815 although it's a lot broader than that, giving a good overview of the whole situation in Europe at the time.

anything written by Neil Ferguson will be amazing knowledge, that will propulse you right into the top tier of this board.

The Campaigns of Napoleon by David Chandler
like 1200 pages, little on the dense side but that only hardens my penis.
For God and Kaiser: The Imperial Austrian Army 1619-1918 by Richard Bassett is a pretty good read on the development and turns of the Austrian Army. The Austrians in general go pretty undermentioned often in the wars against Revolutionary France/Napoleon despite being pretty big players.
