You have to understand the number of Catholics who would enjoy this are minimal. Most will find it strange and incomprehensible.
Most people dont care about traditions they did not grow up and the Latin mass replaced half a century ago

I can't say for the general population but most of the masses offered in the Extraordinary Form (I've seen myself through personal participation, TV and/or streams), usually fill the church to the roof.
Plus, I'm not talking about replacing Novus Ordo completely, just to give everybody freedom to choose which form suits him best.
