The British Empire was always going to separate but its successor states would be much more closely tied and would constitute a more important global power bloc.

Russia would transition to constitutional monarchy and probably end up something like the present day UK with devolved powers.

The US would consolidate power in he Americas much like it did in reality and would be something like China geopolitically, powerful but less assertive and influential culturally.

The European powers would be pretty varied, some would cling to Empire, others wouldn't.

Nah they'd be a huge conflict or other powers sponsoring/funding rebels in other powers colonies to damage their reputation/global image or make them a bigger burden.

Imagine a cold war where instead of striking each other or direct fighting it's starting shit in colonies.

Why would they do that? Every state was Imperial at the time, even the US. The only reasons anti-Imperial factions were funded were US western hegemony and communism, both of why required the world wars.

You can be imperial and works against other imperial states.

It doesn't mean the anti-imperial faction in the colony will succeed but as long as the increase the drain of the colony.

Why? The Russian Empire was already in the process of liberalizing, and there probably wouldn't have been enough anti-monarchist sentiment for a revolution without the stressor of WWI.

Perhaps you are right. But I think the Feb revolution would have occurred still maybe in the late 1920s. There was still plenty of competing ideas and the 1905 attempt occurred without a similar trigger.

I mean have a Monarchist state with still actual serfdom so late is bound to result in communism- esp if you've never seen anyone else try it before.

The Imperial Japan was known for its strict censorship laws and crackdown on fun stuff believed to cause - "mania and anti-societal behavior."

Anime literally emerged from a combo of existing art + western cartoon/comic influence + prevailing era of anti-establishment and rebellion towards traditional Japanese culture of the Old Guard.
