Tell me about Armenia.
I know nothing about the Caucasus in general, so please throw some of that in, but how come these guys are Christians surrounded almost completely by muslims? Are they arabs/turks/russians/iranians, what?
where did they come from
what have they done
where will they go?

They were a mix of persian and greek then they were culturally enriched by the turks and became kurds. Soviets tried to separate their part of armenia (how typical) and create an hayastani culture that is supposedly the only actual armenians.

Some Byzantine emperors where armenian. Culturally close to what pre-turkish-zerging populations where in anatolia. (Greeks, Assyrians etc.) The armenian language is indo-european and close-ish to greek. They where massacred by the ottomans along with other christian populations of the area in the early 1900s. System of a down's members are armenian.
