I've gotten really sick of the 'communism is a great idea meme'.

I've also gotten even more sick of someone mentioning 'oh lol communism is a great idea, it just doesn't work because of human nature' every single time the fucking concept is mentioned. It's not a profound statement you stupid fucks, I've heard this dozens and dozens of times. If an idea about the structure of human relationships doesn't work because it's meant to be applied to HUMANS then it's a shit idea, end of story.

Also I get sick of the fetishization of east asian cultures as somehow super spiritual and more earthly than western traditions. Go drink cow piss to purify yourself with the brahmins. Fucking plebs.

Rush Limbaugh popularised it in the 90s when he wanted to push the idea the NSDAP were socialists.

I prefer to use the term anyway it's more concise and descriptive nazi is generic and could mean anything the same way commie does.

were not really Barbaric...in fact Middle Age Europeans essentially invented Higher Education by propping up many universities

The "Dark Ages" is a meme that was propogated by Enlightenment thinkers to make themselves feel superior

It rather depends on the person they are judging and the time, when there is genuine moral debate in a society having the "wrong" view does count against you.

It's not fair to judge Romans holding slaves, but it's totally fair to judge people in the 19th century for doing the same.
