Stalin was arguably worse than Hitler. He certainly killed more people, and didn't bother giving a reason most of the time.

A lot of his policies were trying to make things better in a forceful manner but there is no question that he straight up had a lot of innocent people murdered. Im not anti-socialist but saying Stalin was just trying his best at communism kinda undermines the whole thing. He definitely went haywire.
