Calling someone a cuck is an ancient insult. It's used in Shakespeare, The Arabian Nights, and tons of other literature. It's not a new insult.

In Germany the most popular was "Hundsfott" (Dog-cunt), but there was many more.
Somewhere I had a a list from a German student association from the early 19th century what insults demanded satisfaction (duel to the blood) and which where ok.
