The only artificial monarchy you've listed is the Central African Empire, unless your definition of "artificial" is so loose that you're pretty much just trying to say "nation-state" (and even then you're wrong, since the first Mexican Empire had a Mexican emperor ruling over an overwhelmingly Mexican population).
