I'm not too knowledged on this, but there was quite a bit of Nazi insurrection which led to a series of purges within the Reich, I'm sure you could find a list of all of them on Wikipedia or something.

There was opposition and factionalism within both the Nazi party, and the German government as a whole throughout the prewar government, continuing right up until the end.
Well Hitler survived countless assassination attempts so that should sort of give you a general idea of how many people opposed him.

All opposition to Hitler's policies within the National Socialist Party was completely eradicated during the Night of the Long Knives. Basically, if you were a Nazis and you weren't onboard with Hitler by that date, you were killed.

Before Hitler, the Nazis were basically a socialist workers party with a bit of a racial edge to it. When Hitler took over, he basically ignored all the socialist worker stuff and cranked the racial element up to 11. Yes, there were people within the party who resisted this change to the party's core focus. And those people tended to end up dead very quickly.
