Ah but it's long 'til I'll get to painting though, we gotta make shields for all the newbs first...and paint those!
so much to do
Does anyone know haw common painted armour was during the middle ages? The paint doesn't seem to survive very long and juding by manuscripts images most armour looks unpainted.
I know manuscript art isn't a great source, but I don't know were else to get an idea for somthing like this.
