The problem ITT is that no one defined what "without the USSR" means. Does it mean they remain neutral no matter what? Does it mean Russia is still a monarchy? Or does it mean they is just water where the USSR used to be. Also Germany would have a shit ton con capacity and resources after Brest-Litovsk.

Romania was Germany's ally for almost the entirety of the war and were providing the Germans with oil up until late 1944. Hell, it was something like 3/4 of their historical supply.

Now if the Weimar Republic had been attacked by the USSR, you'd see an intervention on Germany's behalf, not with Nazi Germany though.

Also, the Whites were pretty much doomed to lose from the beginning. The Reds were both a united front and had been working towards their overall goal of toppling the Tsar for decades.
