Why didn't any of the other British colonies ever rebelled like the Americans?
Ireland, Kenya, Malawi and Egypt all did.
what is the indian mutiny

Canada had the rebellions of 1837. They all failed, and ironically enough in one of them, the Americans assisted the British.
India had the Sepoy rebellion, that failed.
I assume all the other colonies had nothing to gain out of fighting for independence and so didn't do so.
I
They're beta as fuck

They also desperately wanted our support and really loved us.
Since the Patriotes rebellion in Canada was mostly French Canadians rebelling again the overlord that had conquered them, it could count as the same sort of rebellion that occured in "Occupied" colonies, like Egypt and India,

Anglo Canada no, Quebec did in 1837 and 1970 more like IRA type of terrorists but still.
Most of them probably didn't have the means. The American upper-class was rich from slave labor, and had the means to ensure a successful rebellion.
Lets also not forget that America got help from France; in fact they got so much help from France that they went into such crushing public debt, that it eventually caused their own revolution.

Because we didn't mind paying taxes if we forced the Crown into a war. It's a matter of responsibility.
