Enslavement of the Slavs and the conquering of Eastern Europe for living space and for its agricultural potential. As soon as the Ukraine was conquered it was already being settled with German colonists. Basically he wanted to do with Eastern Europe what the Americans did with the great plains and the west.

Things kinda got out of hand but the gist is that he wanted to turn Germany from a regional power to a true Superpower like the USA only one rooted in germanic power fantasy.

To be a super power it needed far more land, resources and to expand Germany's vulnerable position on the planet.

He saw Eastern Europe as underutilized land that could be far more effective run by german colonists and a slavic underclass.

Ultimately he wanted agrarian folksie lifestyle somehow tempered with a warlike national persona and strong government.

Even if he knocked Russia out of the war and go huge swaths of Russia, such a state would be expansionist and warlike by nature.
