In the gnostic texts, what is meant by "woman", and related terms like "womanhood", "female", "femaleness", etc.? It can't mean individuals of the female sex because when this quality is discussed is discussed also by Mary Magdalene herself, beside the other disciples, so it must refer to a quality of some sort that can be present in men, and women.

Gnosticism is heresy. You can be gnostic, which is the opposite of agnostic, but if you want to be a "Gnostic", just become a "Platonist".
