You probably get significant German territory gains. Russia loses significant territory. France loses a little. Overall a smaller war. Ireland is unified and independent.

If you are talking about the Empire, it was finished either way. Nothing would have saved it. India was going to leave. Losses in Africa and elsewhere was unavoidable with USSR peddling arms to everyone.
