>you will only live twice
>you will not be alive at the conception of Omegon
>your experience will simply serve as one component of the infinity of emulated existences that constitute the Aleph state
>your computational potential will never contribute to the Omega
What does /his/ think of the exotic blend of quantum mechanics and theology that is quantum omega point theory?

P-please don't bully.
I just wanted to chat about unusual theologically and scientifically inspired philosophical view points.
>>1788948
its shit
Who is this Omegon cunt then?
>>1789028
Omegon is label for the civilisation in power when most matter has become sentient and the computational power of the universe is almost at a peak.
>>1789040
What this live twice then thing?
Will I live, die and live again?!
WITNESSSSSSSS!
>>1789053
Essentially you will live once. Die. Then once the universe enters the Aleph stage it will have the computational power for perfect emulation providing an effective resurrection of all previous entities.
I appreciated this, OP
Why is it that nerds tend to turn into massive fascist dipshits like Evola

First post best post.

Wait, is he wearing a monocle?
>>1789301
Yes. He's fun like that.
>>1789311
Evola really is the memiest of meme philosophers.
>>1789327
This thread is a bully free zone, thanks.

This is why I prefer Omega Point that isn't based on a Quantum mechanics, but instead takes from fields of computation and astro physics.
>>1789341
He's a walking talking meme. At least until a bomb put an end to the walking part
>>1789346
Is Omegon even Memevola idea?
>>1789353
No. It is not. Omega point theory is Tippler
>>1789327
>>1789362
Evola never used arguments either, just memes. You can't fight memes with arguments
>>1789341
But anon, that diagram doesn't have a second omega point. Besides one you reach Aleph you're emulating all you can. Given the processing isn't really infinite at any one point but rather and continuously increasing rate as time-space appraoches the c-boundary like an asymptote you likely couldn't simulate an Omega point.
>>1789370
> one you reach Aleph you're emulating all you can
What if Aleph is already here...
>>1789376
It's more than possible we're in an Aleph emulation.
Another thought is that once an Omega is conceived it is supposed that there would be no difference in emulation and reality.
Quantum wave function requires a period of observation to emerge and collapse. The reason intelligent life exists is to create and observe wave function in the universe according to weak anthropic principles. However that calls into question how the lead up to sapient life capable of observation occurs without an observer present.
What if a different universes Omega is what has opened and closed our wave function? What if our Omega observes another and so on in a massive recursive chain?
Just a massive cascade of Aleph emulation and Omega observations.
What is this? Aleph is the demiurge?
>>1789644
I am frightfully ignorant of gnosticism. Give me the low down on the parallels can I can certainly give you a rough answer from Tippler's side of things.
>>1789327
Evola is basically the bad guy of every Indian Jones movie.
If everything in the universe in nature is cyclical. From an electrons orbit, planeta orbit, weather, history, galaxies orbit.. were surrounded by nothing but orbits, and cycles..all the way up to what we now call Laniakea.. why would life and death be linear and finite?
>>1789744
Because you're assuming The Omega cannot create and collapse the wave function of another observable universe. How's that for a cycle?
What should I read to understand whatever you fags are babbling?
Basically there are three main interpretations
Astro-physics
>>1789341
Concerned with c-boundaries and things like that
Theological- concerned with the idea of The Omega as some sort of God-state and the near perfect emulation as 'resurrection' similar to how 'Revelations' conceptualises the end times
Quantum- Based on weak anthropic principles and observational wave functions. It attempts to explain how the universe's observational wave function was observed and how sapient observation fits into the natural development of any universes' progression
Reading anything about Tippler is a good start but obviously the differing interpretations require a background in three different fields in order to understand their premise
The general crux of it is that the universe will naturally approach an Omega Point, that being a singularity which physically, computationally or theologically unifies all matter into a system. The result of the Omega Point also differs with interpretation

No I ass-umed your mom last night and she collapsed under my observation.
Then we took cycles on her all night.
