Give the the southern coast west of the fishriver, the western cape, the northern cape and the southern hlaf of namibia to the white and mixed race people, since the original inhabitants, the san, are nearly all dead or assimilated.

It happens to also be the shittiest in terms of natural resources, with half being desert or drylands, so the blacks are less likely to contest it.

Then you're left with essentially only the race dynamics of your average south american country, with white people and mestizos (in this case the mestizos are white/Khoisan/malay )

bonus points because you're also left with one major language (afrikaans) and two minor languages, german (in southern namibia) and english (in the larger coastal towns of the western cape, like Cape Town, George and Knysna)

It would be better if the borders were drawn along cultural factors, such as language and religion. You may say that that is the definition of an Ethnic group, but then that means that OPs map applies the definition inconsistently.
