If by "rules", you are going by the laws of physics, yes, history, most probably, doesn't violate that. But that's not really pertinent here. Those are very fundamental rules that so far we are sure about because they fit 100% of cases in all testing, although whether they will persist is largely a matter of probability (of which we have zero access to, we can only estimate based on speculative presumptions), as opposed to certainty.
