False - Austria would be incredibly influential in an expanded Visegrad Group. Consider the extensive banking ties between Austrian banks (e.g Erste, Raiffeisen etc.) and Eastern Europe. Granted there has been much tension between the likes of Hungary and Austria because of the banking shake-up post-financial crisis. Regardless, Austria still has its tentacles wrapped around te region.

Austria would have tremendous influence in the bloc just for the fact hat it is a prosperous Western nation with a robust economy (finance, heavy industry etc.)
