Why are patriarchal societies so successful while matriarchal societies always crash and burn?
Because Matriarchal societies had to compete with Patriarchal societies.

As far as I know anthropologists have failed to identify a single matriarchal society in human beings. The closest we've got are bonobo chimps, who seem to be matriarchal and resolve conflict through sex rather than violence. It generally seems to be quite peaceful.
they don't have to be matriarchal all the way to the bottom

Isabel is the worst example you could fin to exemplify any kind of matriarchy.
She literally had to get married to a powerful man to get in power to begin with.
If you've ever had a five minute conversation with a woman you already know

Because matriarchal societies love to blame everyone but themselves.
Because matriarchal societies think that nature and reality should bend to their normative whims instead of the other way around.
Because matriarchal societies lack the pioneering spirit found in patriarchal societies.

I'll say it would be more educational to listen her talking about other women. No wonder they can't form a society, the second they got an opportunity they stab each other like there's no tomorrow.

Duh
The default stance men have towards other men is neutrality
The default stance women hold towards women is hostility
There's a reason

Uh, no. it's the exact opposite. In what alternate reality do you live in?

Men are neutral towards other men.
Men view women in a better light than other men.
Women are negatively biased towards men
Women are positively towards women

"Women's high self-esteem and female identity, on average, bolstered their automatic liking for women, whereas men's liking for men did not rely on high self-esteem or masculine identity. In other words, women can be characterized as thinking "if I am good and I am female, females are good," whereas men can be characterized as thinking "even if I am good and I am male, men are not necessarily good.""
