Fascism stopped being relevant more than half a century ago. Communism as a superpower lasted for decades longer with the USSR, and is still embraced by some countries today. Plus you've got China, whose inner party still worships Mao even if they're effectively state capitalist.

Defining 'evil' is a job for ethicists, not historians. I would say Mao was more arrogant and negligent than evil, but his decisions and lack of concern for human lives are just as chilling to read about as Hitler's.

Hitler lost and his enemies rule the world. It's not only about the jews, americans, russians, chinese and basically every influential power either had Hitler as an enemy or has no reason to sympathise with him.
