It looks ottoman the calligraphy in the middle looks like the seal of some sultan.
Also it would make sense if you would find it there.

This coin says 1327 AH on it which would be 1908 or 1907.
Tughra is Abdul Hamid II, of Egypt.

Not sure about the Egypt part now, and researching is making me less sure that it's Abdul Hamid, even though I believe that's the most likely candidate still.

It's Turkish and Egypt was not a part of ottoman kebab at that point.
But it's Abdul Hamid II and from 1908 or 1907
