California is overrated. In my opinion any flag with text is an automatic shit tier. The point of a flag is to symbolize something, not outright tell you what it is. I'll make an exception for Arab flags though since at least they have calligraphy rather than just standard print. Also things like the C in Colorado's flag since they are incorporated into the flag's design in a nice and flowing way are acceptable.

Eh. I went for my Prussian flag because, even though I'm an Americunt, virtually all of my ancestry on both sides of the family derives from there. Even had a pretty esteemed relative (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karl_von_M%C3%BCller) born on homesoil not long after the most blue-blooded of my ancestors hopped the pond. That combined with a sneaking suspicion the more I learn of history that the world would in fact be an overall better place if the Central Powers had won in the First World War, or if not then at the very least it would have been more suited for me personally to exist in (despite the fact that "I" self-evidently would never have been born if that had been the case). I've been really trolled by seeing minor stories in the press about Georg Friedrich Ferdinand making empty suggestions that Germany may be better off returning to a monarchy at some point, because I would likely drop everything in my life to go fight for that cause if I thought it had even a 10% chance of success (which it never will).
