Why based guillotine fell out favor? It is relatively painless and pretty quick method of punishment. Electric chairs are fucking barbarian compared to such timeless classic.
People stayed aware of what was happening around their head for quite some time when they got guillotined.
Everything is barbaric compared to lethal injection.
