Well it depends on the class structure.

Individuals are natural unequal to an extent in the sense that they are not identical, and have various abilities, skills and endowments.

Naturally those individuals more fit to propagate will tend to accrue other benefits that feed back into their cycle of activities, broadening their horizons even more.

Class differences naturally spring from divergent starting conditions. As Sartre pointed out some people are born with a whole expectation of labor in front of them. They are born workers and are denied the right to decide their life.

Capitalism is flawed to the extent only a few can ever be successful capitalists, as logic dictates that competition will tend to yield winner take all scenarios.

Most people who support capitalism in the west are not themselves capitalists. A tiny fraction of the population owns determinative sums of capital.
