King Constantine I who was pro-German was deposed in Greece and succeeded by King Alexander who was pro-Entente and supported Venizelos (the pro-Entente/pro-British Prime Minister). Venizelos had been enthusiastically in favour of Greece participation in WWI on the side of the Allies and helped in the campaign against the Otoomans. However, once Smyrna and Thrace had been captured he did not want to continue the Greek campaign into Asia Minor and instead favoured holding onto Thrace and Smyrna, which is what Greece wanted to begin with.

At the same time the Brits wanted to halt Italy's expansion into Asia Minor, who were trying to get as much land as they could. Now comes the "coincidence": the party opposing Venizelos campaigned on an anti-war ticket and won the election under suspicions of foul play (electorally-speaking). King Alexander was allegedly bitten by a pet monkey at the Royal Gardens and died, being replaced by his pro-war predecessor, King Constantine I. People now think he was poisoned.

The party that replaced Venizelos and King Constantine I then made a u-turn and decided to continue the campaign further into Asia Minor, beating the Italians to most of the territories they were aiming for. France and Italy then turned against Greece and so did Britain. At the point when Ataturk and the Young Turks came about, Turkey was only really fighting Greece, the Allies had stopped fighting them. I can't be arsed looking for sources, but if you do some googling you will find what you need.

The Western European countries had enough of fighting already, they offered only token resistance at that point. Greece and Armenia took the war more seriously, but the Greeks weren't fighting very well, and Armenia was small and was fighting the Russian reds at the same time.

Ataturk was an excellent soldier and it made him an excellent dictator. with close to no "civil" opposition it was a piece of cake for him and for him only could it be this easy.

What on Earth are you talking about? You are saying that the Brits tried to stop Italy from expanding deeper into Anatolia, and then saying that Britain turned against Greece for taking the territory Italians wanted for themselves.

Also, the Young Turks weren't a thing during the War of Independence. After Kamal became a thing, it routinely fought Armenians and the French. Only the Italians didn't bother much with fighting, because they felt cheated out of the territory they were promised and wanted to fuck the Allies over, and also because they are Italians.
