If you're close to shore Marine Archaeologists with their SCUBA and Scanners will still find you.
What if you are revived by future technology thousands of year in the future and treated like a zoo exhibit on 21st century homo sapiens forced to sit on a couch and watch old reality tv forever as its consider the "natural enviroment"?
oh you sweet summerchild
graves are dug up, documentated, then picked up
put it in a sack
if theres any question or sometimes interesting about them, send 1 or 2 (usually skull or a leg bone) to the lab for analysis
then it goes back to the sack and remains there for eternity in a large storage
one time i was in a medieval temple digsite, graves and crypts everywhere, took a skull and put it on display to the public because why not
