No. Stalin understood perfectly well that the Soviet military was in no shape to contend against the Third Reich. So he try to avoid every chance of provoking Hitler, which would include a german spy potentially reading this letter. He clung desperately to this policy, even when a german deserter gave the exact date and time of the invasion (who insisted to be shot should it have not happened).
