No autists ever made it to leadership roles without being born into it through monarchy.
Those that were born into were incredibly shit at it because despite what you see in anime you actually need to speak, be civil and be characteristic to be a leader. You need people to WANT to follow you not just listen to your every command just cause you said so.

To be a leader is more than just having good strategy, you need to be able to persuade, speak and interact with people. You deal with situations calmly without losing your shit because someone sad something mean to you.
