Why is psychology so shit? The study of the human brain and behaviour is a valid since but on one hand it's completely speculative philosphy with vast theories about everything and on the other hand it's autistic scientism proving that if you force someone to do something they do it.

It's not shit, it's just really hard to do experiments that won't introduce bias and will only measure a few variables at a time because human behavior is so complex.
It's also a relatively new field, so they're still figuring some things out. But psych has made some good contributions to the modern world, like CBT and other evidence-based therapies.
