Was T.E Lawrence a glorified araboo? What in particular did he adore about Arab culture? What were his thoughts on Islam?
>glorified
For good reason, nigga was a badass of the first degree, and also quite /his/.
He liked sand. That's all, really.

he loved arab man ass best. Seriously. he was raped by some Turks, and then had the sex with King Faisal.
Salaam Aleikum, my name is al-Lawrence
I’m a 27 year old English revert (a convert to Islam for you infidels). I draw illustrated manuscripts (but never represent Muhammed [pbuh]), and spend my days perfecting my calligraphy and listening to superior Arabic music. (played on oud, rebab and riqq)
I train with my jambiya every day, this superior weapon can cut clean through steel because it is finely curved by expert craftsmen, and is vastly superior to any other weapon on earth. I earned my knife license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day.
I speak Arabic fluently, both Egyptian and the Gulf dialect, and I write fluently as well. I know everything about Arabic history and their furusiyya cavalry code, which I follow 100%
When I get my Saudi visa, I am moving to Riyadh to attend a prestigious madrasah to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become a jihadist or an imam!
I own several kufiyas, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to Arabia, so I can fit in easier. I greet my elders and seniors by rubbing noses with them and speak Arabic as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond.
Wish me luck in Arabia!

The real Lawrence was a hypermanlet. The actor is tall.

The movie is based mostly on Lawrence's own memoirs, Seven Pillars of Wisdom, which itself is inaccurate in some parts because Lawrence wanted to make himself seem more heroic. Lawrence added bs like the rape scene. Despite some of that stuff, the movie is fairly accurate I guess. Only major complaint is that Lawrence finds out about the Sykes-Picot agreement after he completes his journey when he knew about it going into his campaign, and also the Sykes-Picot agreement is replaced with some other agreement (I think they fuse Sykes and Picot into one character).
