how do you cope?

Release the angst of things outside your control. Resolve to live well by your own efforts instead.
By not thinking about limits like lifetimes and just enjoying and learning as much history as I can in my free time.

The life of this body is not eternal but the soul lasts forever
I study and cry.
All of the things you do learn will evaporate.
Most after you die, some while you can still feel them go.

I imagine various amusing scenarios while I lay in bed at night.
One of those scenarios is how I would change the world if I knew everything there was to know.
Just like how I cope with not having wolverines super powers or living in a log cabin with my qt wife and 12 huskies

I try to be a good person. In the end, wisdom doesn't get you anywhere. We were all made from dust, and to dust we shall return. Focusing on the immaterial and eternal is better than the temporal and fleeting.
"For in much wisdom is much vexation,
and he who increases knowledge increases sorrow"

Find stuff you think is cool and learn about that. Then it'll lead you to more cool stuff.
No one can know everything. Might as well enjoy learning what you can the best you can.
