Can a depression be healed by nihilism? And how does one reach that state?

On the contrary. I find niihilism depression-inducing.

Absolutely not.

Nihilism can't, but probably absurdism can.

I don't think depression can be healed by nihilism.

But, perhaps counter-intuitively, I find "death to the world" sentiment in Orthodoxy to be comforting. Memento mori ("remember you have to die") in Christianity has a long history.

But it's not nihilism, because thinking of death just reminds one that this life is fleeting. To not place too much stock in the pleasures or worry too much about the pain, because it's all temporary.

Nihilism leads to absurdism and hedonism which are probably the least depressing/boring existential views to have.

I guess it is time for you to read Foucault on madness.

See a doctor, take antidepressants, make an effort to adjust your life and your actions and your thought patterns.

Nihilism can go suck a cock.
