good luck bro

Thanks anon

Yeah it's not a particularly memorable topic. Scots dominated in coffee and tobacco, and were involved in the slave trade like everyone else. That's really about it.
>>
I've never taken a history exam. Is it all essay questions? Does the professor grade it, or a panel of multiple graders?
>>
>>1113733
I'm UK. Basically you're given 6 essay questions that will cover 5 topics. You pick the 2 you're most confident answering, and write an essay with that question as your thesis.

So you write 2 essays in 2 hours.
>>
>>1113733
oh and a panel of multiple graders marks it.
>>
>>1113698

How did you do bro?
>>
>>1113741
Oh wow, that sounds pretty simple. Is there a minimum requirement of words needed to reach? Or is it in pages?
>>
>>1114361
Hey it went really well (I think) thanks for asking anon. I got the questions I wanted so hopefully aiming to get a B.
>>
Hey neat my thesis is on language change in early modern Scotland

>400 level History class
>taking an exam to graduate

shit, all my senior level classes involved research papers with presentations to pass. I stopped taking tests and exams after junior year, and even then there weren't many.

Then again I got my History degree in the US.

Do you guys also do a major "capstone" thesis paper and presentation independent of the classes to graduate?
