IS there any fix currently to the UI fuckery caused by the latest patch? Not the transparent/ white ui issue caused by initial installations, but options on the main in game screen are all swapped around (clicking on save opens the maid edit screen etc... ) and all the skills in lust and perversion take up the same place meaning I cant click anything.

So is there a character database for this game?

the latest update or so fucked with the UI. Your best bet is to delete the textures folder in UnityInjector and update the assets one with the updated one made by some HF user. You're gonna have to dig around for that one.

is there any way to make the game load through faster? I dont think its my pc since I can easily run the game and graphically more intense games, but after moving to sybaris I cant help but feel like loading times between clicking edit maid and getting to the edit screen have grown to like 15 seconds.

Just went to get the official patch like the pastebin says to do. Google Translated the page to English. Which of these three things do I need?

First one is "Updater Ver.1.52.1", which seems important.

Third one I'm not sure what it's for but it sounds like a patch for some of the DLC.

You need the first two for sure. From a clean install (v1.00), you absolutely have to update to 1.12 before the latest version, as the newer updates will not work without doing so. The third item is some sort of voice patch for some of the character personalities and is optional.

I'm having an annoying fucking problem with body mods that use ShaperAnimator.
For example I'm trying to use 30767's nipple mod that comes with the Sybaris package and it's not working for me. Trying to slide chikubi_bokki does nothing and trying to slide chikubi_tare just makes the nipple go inverted
Used to work just fine before but now it's just fucking up.
Anyone have an idea what could be causing this not to work properly anymore? I did add some new mods to my Sybaris Gamedata folder and tried taking them back out, as well as updated to the 1.51 hotfix and updated my ShapeAnimator plugin. Still nothing seems to work.

Is it just from a clean install that you have to update to 1.12? Because I always have trouble installing updates unless I copy the update.lst from the version 1.12 patch then update to the newest version. I think I found the culprit.

If you include too many translations the game's speed slows down to a turtle's pace. I'm not sure how I feel about this. It makes me wonder if a full translation would even be possible with the game in its current state. Thankfully TranslationPlus is open source so maybe some changes to its code could fix it.

Worst case scenario the community would have to extract and repack the game's files to force translations in.

Or perhaps it could be that some of the translations are overlapping. I don't think I can go through all of the translations in a reasonable amount of time so I'll remove one very large offending translation pack.

After that, everything seems to be working splendidly!

There's a number of English translated plugins included to make life easier. Will do some final tests have hopefully have something up in an hour or so.

It contains updated English translations, a few English plugins, and plugins from the Sybaris AIO and works with the latest version of the game, 1.52.

It also contains fixes for the UI. The VR DLC and game update 1.48 broke the UI, however, the Starter Pack has the proper fixes already in place. There's some other things like Chu-B Lip duplicate skill remover also being included, the uncensors from the Hongfire Patch, analkupa body, etc.

It's intended to be a starting point for players who'd like translations and basic things installed without having to have a Doctorate in Computer Science to get things working.

From here you can start playing with an English UI and the most popular/useful plugins and mod support(place new mods in CM3D2\Sybaris\GameData\).

Hi

I've been trying to get this game to work for few hours now, I've downloaded both the Sybaris pack from OP, and then the one from >>4696103 but both keep giving me the result on pic related.
To clarify, there's around 100 popups every time any scene loads, and they all claim that some body parts were not loaded etc (one of them attached on screen as example).
Then it all plays out with maid being only face + clothes which is kinda... you know...

Anyone encountered something like that before?

Any idea how to fix this? (I kinda need that translation quite desperately...)

Has this suddenly started happening for you/ occurred since some kind of update or patch? I was having a simillar issue when wideslidered presets where having the mod disabled and even the settings themselves wiped. I fixed it by deleting the old version of the maid in preset section of the editor and just resaving a new version. (dont have to make from scratch just save in new slot I think).

1. Delete analkupa folder "oj3_body_analkupa改_161127" (Because its body001.model file conflicts with tkbody.)
2. Extract tkbody to Sybaris\GameData\
3. Start game and go to Maid Edit.
4. Press F4 to open ShapeAnimator and click on 'Add' to make a new shape key.
5. Click on the plus sign for the new shape key, choose the one you'd like to alter and move the slider from left to right.

All of the shape keys use Japanese slang for private parts.

How do you guys deal with pic-related? I've renamed the Sybaris folder and it seems to not occur when I trigger the position without mods. But even with the Sybaris Arc Editor, it's a major pain in the ass to find what file is causing this mess. I know it happens because some file stops the thick vibe from being generated. Can't find which one though.

1.take half the mods out and see if the problem persists
2.if it's still there then halve the remaining mods in the folder , if not the problem is in the mods you took out , so halve those mods and place in mods

So, this just randomly happened. I didn't install any mods, didn't update the game, it worked fine earlier today.

Now it's like this. All other categories are also like this. And there are no items in those categories that haven't disappeared. I've tried reloading the game, restarting it, patching it, reinstalling the HF patch. Nothing helps. I don't have the install files anymore, and I'm on a slow connection until next month.

CM3D2 Update Merger
Merges DLC into one installer.

I was thinking of forcing this as an introduction process, as opposed to what amounts to spoonfeeding.
Having a backup is a good idea, I also keep previous version backed up after leaving the game for a few months. But I think when someone comes here, asks what to do without reading the OP or pastebin, tell them to go through the process of doing it from scratch.
This way, they learn how it works and can more likely fix it themselves. Rather than download the torrent, and then somehow, something breaks, and they make a post about it. Its ridiculous to believe, but there have been quite a few people getting problems from AIO packs.
This also prevents the work of making a new AIO torrent every few game versions. Instead, we can keep more seeders on a torrent that will not be deprecated.

As for how the modder is able to make their maid look like that, it's a combination of ACC settings and PostEffect plugin settings. They're using PostEffect to blur the background and add more saturation to the foreground. With ACC they've changed the skin's properties by editing the outline and changing the skin's material property to shiny.

Anyone can make their maid look like that if they download s55555's mods and learn how to use ACC.

The google docs in the OP or browse cm3d2 twitters. I'm assuming you downloaded a preset from one of the sites. I don't think they are like AA2's archive where it will tell you what mods you're missing.

That torrent is outdated, right click game folder and uncheck read only. Sybaris from OP is outdated too. An updated one is a few posts up.

Update your game then use the new sybaris.
