Kon-Kit : As a ntr hater, his ntr stories are the one that I

So as someone who really hates NTR, I want to take this opportunity to talk about my hatred for this genre.

I hate that the characters are being forced into doing the deed, where they are being blackmailed, where the atmosphere is all depressing and dark. I hate things like these.

Then I discovered Kon-Kit, the hentai artist specializing in comedic ntr. That's right, comedy plus ntr. He actually manages to make ntr into something funny, something light-hearted, something that is not depressing to read. Plus the art is great, the women seem to genuinely enjoy the sex (most of the time at least)......so that's a plus for me.

tl;dr A hentai artist with great art specializing in light hearted ntr stories that didn't make you all depressed.

The correct order to reading Kon-Kit manga:
With recurring characters, multiple connected story arcs/ crossovers between different characters, it is possible to get lost or get confused with the plots or character interactions if you just randomly picked a chapter to read.

Currently there's 8 volumes of tankubon by Kon-Kit, I believe all 8 is available on panda, With the first six volumes fully translated into English.

If you can understand chinese then considered yourself lucky as all eight tankubon has been translated and available on panda.

The first volume, Honey Dip consisted of standalone chapters and characters that did not appear in the later volumes. (Well, except for Chapter 1 starring Kaya nee)

So unless you are a completionist I think you can skip volume 1 (except the Kaya nee chapter I guess)

Also there's this particular chapter in volume 1 that I find depressing which I think did not fit the comedic NTR for his later stories.

So what kind of setting or characters do you wish to see in the future? Next chapter will be a Mighty Wife chapter, seems to be a Cherry Queen centric.

While the works of Kon-Kit are pretty to look at and funny to read, I bet editors/cleaners/typesetters hate them because of the larger amount of texts and a lot of the texts are not inside speech bubbles, making it a harder job. So I guess that's one reason why nobody translated the newer chapters anymore unless they get paid like TripleSevensScans.

As for scans and raw, yeah I wish we got some info as well because the consistent raw uploader seems to have stopped.

But we gotta be aware that h manga will never get the treatment of .....let's say one piece or any other weekly manga that got consistent scan and translation every week.

Gotta be grateful with what we have. Worse case scenario is we will never get the magazine scans anymore......But hey there's still the tankubon scans in the future, I am sure those are more likely to be uploaded in the future.

For some reason I read into the last few chapters of Honey Dip 2nd Love (The ones with the heores, the black knight, and the demon king) and came up with a theory:

The turning to evil of the priestess and the Angel was because they didn't accept sexuality and viewed themselves as being 'defiled' and it was this perception that led to them /actually/ being defiled mentally by their own conviction and (in character form) the demon king.

Once the heroes fucked the black knight in the origin story she stopped serving the demon king because she accepted sex, once the evil angel got fucked she accepted sex and turned to good again. The lamia, being a beast, wasn't conditioned as much to view sex as a 'defiling' action, accepted it from the start, and never turned to evil whilst enjoying the sex. Like the demon king said, she was too 'innocent'

The moral of the story, I guess, is to free yourself from the idea that sex is inherently defiling like the black knight and the angel were freed from the demon king.

I'm also looking at a source for the unreleased chapters of Kon-Kit. DMM seems to have them in a good qualitiy. Does anybody know, if the resolution is good and if they have drm (I assume)? Notice how the current chapter has 22 pages? Kon-Kit drew 20 pages for each chapter, I think this is the way he rolls.

But everytime a new tankubon was released, he will randomly drew new pages or do some minor tweaking to the manga chapters.

Take Yoridori Bitch for example. We did three chapters with the tankubon scans, and one chapter got the extra pages treatment. But I have seen there's other chapters with extra pages too, but those chapters has been translated with the inferior magazine scans.

I just looked at some videos, how other people do it and it's not that hard to redraw certain stuff. On the other hand it's really time consuming. Without decensoring i usually need 5-8 hours for editing, cleaning and setting the text, with decensoring it might take a few days. But if it's worth it, I might do it, provided you guys can wait a little longer.

Decensoring is a tiring task, best not to rush it and just think of all these as a hobby that we enjoy. Like maybe try decensoring one or two pages fun when you are free, instead of rushing like you are trying to catch up to a deadline. Your own work, your own pace,your own schedule.

Well to get more potential help from the readers I think it's best to introduce them to the manga and they might just be interested in helping after realizing how wacky and entertaining the stories are.

We are not getting paid to do the translation and edit so it always will be a hobby, that's why I've chosen to make an effort in trying to bring the chapters to an english speaking audience rather than waiting for somebody to commission the chapters.

I'm sure you've seen the description of the uploads, where I try to search for help regarding translation, cause I know that we all have either work or anything else to do and don't want to or can spend every single minute working on this.
