You know? That's probably pretty accurate. I don't know the numbers, but good animation has been little and less these days. Back when your internet was too slow to pirate shit, if you wanted to watch chinese cartoons fuck each other, you had to find a site, pony up the cash and wait for that shit to arrive in the mail.
It got easier and cheaper to animate shit, and yet people also got lazier with it because the money just ain't there.

Jellyfish has always been slow as shit in regards to releasing games. SISTERS was announced in 2006 and delayed three times before the release of the original version of the game in 2011. Pic related was announced in late 2015 and we've heard nothing since. There's actually even a SISTERS gaiden, which was announced at the same time as i Virgin, supposed to be in the works, but I'm sure you can imagine how fast that's moving based on what I just said.
