You can just as easily clear history and not have to worry about this In Firefox you can clear cache bookmarks search history download history etc for the last few hours or whatever easily.
If your really paranoid what about using a different browser just for porn? Keep a portable version of firefox somewhere on your computer maybe make the default profile normal and use the profile selector whenever you want to use it so it's even more protected.

Why not just download a portable version of your browser in some "hidden" location? I use a portable version of chrome so I can freely bookmark and browse whatever the fuck I want.
