It's really ugly otherwise and honestly, no need to upscale it to 720p, the source for Sei Yariman is pretty good and for god's sake, don't use HEVC please, stick to 10-bit h264.

the source have a lot of noise and why not use hevc? just because some people wont know how to play it ?
just use mpc hc

and there is a need to upscale it to 720p because all the details wont fit (specially when using nnedi3)
